Greetings from Southern Street Premier League (SSPL) . By accessing or using the SSPL website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

By accessing the website from any device, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Every time you use the Website, you confirm your agreement with these Terms, Privacy Policy and Other Policies.
2. Website Purpose
The website is mainly for players who want to enroll themselves and participate in the SSPL League. Any interested player can enroll by filling the form and providing all requested details. Each interested player is required to submit the enrollment form by paying the enrollment fee. Under no circumstances will the said fee be refundable and/or transferable for any reason whatsoever. The League Owner reserves the right to reject incomplete forms or cancel/amend the league at its sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
The minimum age to use the Website is 12 years. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 12 years of age or not a minor in any other jurisdiction from where you access the Website, and that you have all right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Website Account
You may be asked to create a login and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Any account you open with us is personal to you and you are prohibited from gifting, lending, transferring or otherwise permitting any other person or entity to access or use your account.

All enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We reserve the right to amend payment methods at our discretion. We will begin processing your enrolment form only upon verification that your payment has been received by us.

If you are aware that your or any third party’s copyright has been infringed, please write to us at customercare@ssplt10.co.in with all relevant details. Upon receipt, we may request additional information and proceed with verification accordingly.
